Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and provide strategic input to financial planning, while mentoring colleagues and driving high standards of evidence-based submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field such as Biomedical/Science/Public Health/Health Economics/Business Administration.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead PBAC, MSAC and PHARMAC submissions with clear, evidence-based content and timelines.
• Act as market access lead on cross-functional teams to shape strategy and business planning.
• Oversee reimbursement feasibility assessments for pipeline assets to guide prioritisation and resources.
• Monitor reimbursement landscape in ANZ and engage stakeholders to support access objectives.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align access insights with pricing strategy.
