NobleOak is a high-growth challenger brand in the life insurance industry. We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth & Conversion Lead to accelerate organic growth and optimise the end-to-end digital journey, including SEO, CRO, and analytics.

This hands-on role includes people leadership across digital, UX/CX and design. You will lead strategies to grow qualified traffic and conversion, own the website and application journey, write compelling copy, and build a disciplined experimentation

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital growth, SEO, AEO or related roles.
• Proven record improving organic visibility, traffic and conversion.
• Experience across marketing, sales and product.

Responsibilities

• Grow qualified digital traffic and conversions.
• Lead SEO, AEO, GEO and conversion optimisation.
• Own website and application journey performance.
• Write and edit digital copy.
• Build a disciplined experimentation program.
• Use GA4 and data to remove friction.
• Shape and launch a major new digital application platform.
• Lead a small team across digital, UX/CX and design.
