NobleOak is seeking a permanent, full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Australia. You will deliver modern web applications using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs and Azure, contributing across the full software lifecycle.

About The Role

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. Reporting to and working closely with the Technical Development Lead, you will help deliver the next generation of NobleOak's digital platforms and services.

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement. You will build and enhance customer- and partner-facing applications using technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs and Azure cloud services. You will also collaborate with technical colleagues and business stakeholders to turn requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.

The role is suited to an experienced developer who enjoys solving practical problems, working across the technology stack and contributing to a modern, API-driven environment. Strong commercial experience with Angular is essential. Applicants without commercial Angular experience will not be shortlisted.

Qualifications

You will bring strong commercial experience developing applications with Angular and TypeScript, together with full stack experience across front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with Node.js, REST APIs and cloud-based applications will help you succeed in the role. Familiarity with .NET technologies is also relevant to the wider development environment.

You should have sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design and accessibility, as well as experience integrating APIs and following modern software development practices. We are looking for someone comfortable with automated testing, Git and collaborative workflows such as code reviews. Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude, is valued.

A tertiary qualification in Software Development, Information Technology or a related discipline is expected. We also value clear communication, sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work constructively with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will build and maintain modern web applications using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js and related technologies. You will develop front-end experiences, backend services and APIs, and contribute to integrations with internal and external systems.

You will translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions and support the development of NobleOak's multi-tenant, API-driven platform. Your work will include writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code, participating in code reviews, and applying secure development practices.

You will also assist with deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. By collaborating with developers, technical leaders and business stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality outcomes and improve the performance and usability of our digital services. AI-enabled development tools may be used thoughtfully to support productivity and code quality.
