Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of antenna/RF front-end design experience.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience with CST or HFSS or similar antenna simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize antenna and array architectures to meet RF system goals.
• Own end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through RF front-end to radiation.
• Use EM/RF tools to simulate performance, mutual coupling, scan loss, and patterns.
• Collaborate with calibration, software, DSP, ASIC, and validation teams.
• Define and maintain antenna specifications at module, aperture, and system levels.
• Support prototype builds, chamber testing, and over-the-air validation.
• Provide DFM/DFT feedback for antenna boards and fixtures.
• Write design reports and present results to leadership.
• Develop and deploy code to support testing and validation.
