Job summary

Caudex Hospitality is seeking a commercially minded analytics leader to shape the next generation of customer reporting and insights across our hospitality and retail software platforms in Australia.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience and Sales to build analytics solutions that drive engagement, retention and growth, turning complex datasets into meaningful benchmarks and AI-powered experiences for our customers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in analytics, BI or data product roles.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis capability.
• Experience delivering customer-facing reporting or analytics solutions.
• Commercial acumen and ability to translate data into business outcomes.
• Experience working with AI tools in a practical business environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, SaaS or customer-facing analytics products valued.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable customer and commercial insights.
• Shape the roadmap for analytics and reporting products.
• Develop benchmarking and AI-powered capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and CX.
• Drive adoption of analytics products and improve outcomes.
