Job summary

Macquarie Capital Aligned in Sydney seeks an Analyst to provide operational risk advisory, support the ORM framework and strengthen risk practices across APAC and ANZ. The role partners with teams across the business to identify risks, assess controls and contribute to risk reviews.

You will contribute to risk reporting and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment, with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities across Macquarie's Risk Management

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and practical application.
• Experience using risk tools such as risk and control self-assessments and scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational risk advice and support to Macquarie Capital and strengthen the ORM framework.
• Review business activities, risk assessments, identify risks and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects, reporting and risk reviews.
