RSM Australia in Perth is seeking a motivated Senior Analyst to join our Restructuring & Recovery team. You will work on corporate and personal insolvency engagements, business restructures and turnaround matters, developing technical expertise alongside experienced professionals.

In this role you will take ownership of key engagement aspects, mentor junior staff, and deliver practical solutions to clients and stakeholders navigating time-sensitive situations.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years' experience in insolvency, restructuring, recovery or related field.
• Degree in Business, Commerce (Accounting major) or Law with an interest in insolvency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• CA/CPA or ARITA qualification is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring and advisory engagements.
• Conduct investigations, analyse financial information and identify key issues and recommendations.
• Assist with trading, asset realisation and other operational work, including budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare correspondence, working papers and reports for clients, creditors, courts and regulators.
• Manage statutory and regulatory requirements and key engagement deadlines.
• Liaise directly with directors, employees, creditors, clients and professional advisers.
• Monitor engagement progress, deadlines and budgets, escalating issues where required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists across RSM.
