Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Debt Advisory team in Sydney. You will work with Executive Directors and Co-Heads on complex real estate finance transactions across AU and NZ, delivering rigorous analyses and polished client materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience in real estate finance, banking, or similar industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modelling ability.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and financial modelling for debt-related transactions.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to support decision-making.
• Assist in due diligence and transaction management activities.
• Support senior team in client interactions and deal execution.
• Prepare market reports, presentations and client updates.
