Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst in Capital Markets — Equity Advisory in Sydney. The role focuses on executing strategic private market transactions, leading analytical workstreams, and supporting client strategies and investment recommendations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deal execution, develop market insights, and prepare investment materials for clients and stakeholders. The position requires a strong finance foundation and real estate knowledge.

Qualifications

Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills with expert Excel proficiency.
3–5 years' experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or capital markets advisory.
Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead or support financial modelling and valuation analyses for equity-related transactions.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to inform investment decisions.
Prepare cash flow projections, return metrics, and investment analyses.
Support due diligence and transaction execution alongside senior team members.
Develop client relationships and provide regular transaction updates.
Create market reports, investment memoranda, and client presentations.
Present pitch materials to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
