Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management seeks a Senior Analyst, Business Systems Analysis, to lead the delivery of innovative application solutions that support Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Brookfield Credit. You will apply hands‑on product management, application support, and business systems analysis to implement applications, data, and system integrations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business and technical acumen within Asset Management or Insurance, and effective communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration/Commerce, or a related field.
3+ years hands-on product ownership and business systems analysis in Asset Management or Insurance.
Experience with investment management and insurance domains across public and private asset classes.
Exposure to ETL/REST API, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, XML/JSON/CSV.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance for data protection.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of innovative application solutions for Brookfield Wealth Solutions and Brookfield Credit.
Manage service requests, incident response, and SLAs in ServiceNow.
Maintain solution documentation, data catalogs, and roadmaps.
Design and support data interfaces and system integrations.
Leverage cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) for BI reports.
Monitor ETL/ELT processes, ensure performance and reliability.
Provide end-user support and translate requirements into tech solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with goals and standards.
Contribute to migration of legacy integrations to Snowflake with scalable designs.
Communicate complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
