Bendigo Bank is seeking a senior AML/CTF policy specialist to lead architecture, drafting and governance of the bank's AML/CTF policies in response to reforms. This permanent full-time role combines technical policy work with advisory support across business units.

You will translate regulatory obligations into robust policies, manage lifecycle of artefacts, and partner with risk leaders to ensure compliant, practical standards across products and channels.

• Proven ability to engage senior risk leaders and regulators.
