Bendigo Bank is seeking a technical AML/CTF Policy Specialist (Manager AML/CTF Programs) to lead end-to-end drafting of AML/CTF policies and supporting policy architecture across Australia.

This role focuses on artefact authoring, translating complex obligations into robust policies and standards, and guiding reforms with a governance-first approach. Hybrid work options available across multiple cities.

Competenze

• Deep AML/CTF legislative expertise and knowledge of AML/CTF Act 2006, Rules and current reforms.
• Proven track record drafting and maintaining technical AML/CTF policies and standards.
