Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Lead Professional Services Engineer to deliver expert consulting, implementation, and optimization of CX and AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role blends technical delivery with business guidance and mentorship across project lifecycles.

You will lead complex deployments, integrate CRM systems and APIs, and provide enablement materials to customers and partners while guiding junior staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with digital channels, AI, or bot-driven applications (at least 1 year).
• Proven ability to support large enterprise environments with complex integrations and deployments.
• Hands-on experience configuring contact center technologies and CRM integrations.
• Strong business analysis, use-case development, and UAT guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment for CX and AI solutions.
• Configure, program, and develop NICE solutions including ACD, IVR, AI, NLU, CRM integrations.
• Integrate systems across CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with project managers to design end-to-end rollouts and manage lifecycle processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on NICE products during client consultations.
• Delivery of enablement materials, templates, and guidance for partners and customers.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise sub-contracted personnel on projects.
