monday.com, the AI work platform, is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to lead the technical win on large enterprise opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. You will map customer landscapes, design integration architectures, and deliver tailored demos and PoCs to executive stakeholders.

In this hybrid Melbourne-based role, you will own responses to RFPs, drive security reviews, and partner with Product and R&D to communicate what the platform can and cannot do.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Pre Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture in SaaS
• Strong requirements capture and business value articulation
• Excellent presentation and demo skills with storytelling
• Experience managing customer relationships across industries
• Experience designing AI agent or LLM-based workflows (advantage)
• Knowledge of JSON, RESTful APIs, GraphQL and webhooks

About The Role

Our ANZ business is growing and we're looking for a Senior Solution Engineer with a strong solutions engineering / architecture background to join the ANZ Solutions Engineering team. As a Senior Solution Engineer at monday, you'll own the technical win on our largest and most complex enterprise opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. You'll combine deep product knowledge with architecture expertise: designing how monday fits into a customer's system landscape and ways of working.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Melbourne office.

• You will own the technical win on large, complex enterprise opportunities across ANZ
• Lead the technical elements of a deal with a CTO of the deal mentality to map
• prospects' business processes, system landscape and decision criteria
• Build and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept across work management,
• CRM and service, including monday's AI agents, and vibe apps
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and government tenders, along with leading
• security & compliance reviews
• Establish reference architectures, integration specs, pre-configured solution packages
• and best practices for the team
• Feed field insight back to Product and R&D, and be clear with customers about what
• the platform can and can't do

Requirements

• 7+ years in Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or similar roles in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on engaging storytelling
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems navigating ambiguity
• Experience working across a range of industries with the ability to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving technical sales processes.
• Experience designing AI agent, Vibe applications or LLM-based workflows - a great advantage
• Strong understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs, GraphQL and webhooks
