Job summary

Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer - AI Products & Applications to embed security into the design, development, release, and operation of AI products and applications. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and DevOps to build secure, scalable, and compliant AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, application or cloud security.
• Strong understanding of application security, API security and secure SDLC practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes security, CI/CD and software supply-chain security.

Responsibilities

• Define secure-by-design architectures for AI-powered products and services.
• Threat-model LLM-enabled workflows and agentic systems.
• Secure RAG workflows, document ingestion, and data-retention controls.
• Define identity, access controls and authorization for AI products.
• Develop reusable security guardrails and tooling for product teams.
• Lead security reviews, incident response, and security testing for AI applications.
