Job summary

Nuix is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape how AI creates value for customers. You will own the roadmap and delivery for one or more AI capability areas, spanning NLP, data enrichment, agents, MCP integrations and the API surface that exposes them, turning strategy into shipped capabilities with commercial impact.

AI at Nuix must be explainable, defensible and auditable. You will define how quality is measured, evidenced and improved in production while spending ~70% on core product

Qualifications

• Track record shipping AI/ML-powered products in enterprise environments.
• Experience with NLP, data enrichment and production quality metrics.
• Experience supporting commercial launches and GTM activities.

Responsibilities

• Own AI capability roadmaps and translate strategy into delivered features.
• Lead discovery, market research and customer engagement to validate solutions.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks with measurable quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to build AI as a native platform component.
• Monitor AI trends and provide informed roadmaps decisions.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to provide value and roadmap input.
• Define and track adoption, engagement, accuracy and API usage metrics.
• Program-manage end-to-end AI launches with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging and enablement materials for AI capabilities.
