Job summary

Nuix is building a dedicated internal AI capability. The AI Enablement Builder embeds into priority business functions to design, build and release production-grade AI solutions that transform how the function works.

Successful candidates will be fluent in AI tooling and business processes, translating vague problems into structured, production-ready solutions within short rotations. They will own scoping to post-launch monitoring and communicate with functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI systems in an enterprise environment with Python as the primary language.
• Fluency across core AI stack: LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration and deployment.
• Ability to translate vague operational problems into structured, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Embed within business functions to diagnose AI opportunities and convert them into production solutions.
• Design, build and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and integrations in Nuix’s internal environment.
• Own delivery lifecycle from scoping to production deployment, monitoring and iteration.
