Job summary

Nuix is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape how AI creates value for our customers. You will own the roadmap for one or more AI capability areas—spanning NLP, data enrichment, agents, MCP integrations and the API surface that exposes them—turning strategy into shipped, commercially successful capability.

This is a hands-on role with ~70% core product management and ~30% go-to-market support for AI releases, working with Product Design, Engineering, Data Science and Commercial teams to

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products in enterprise-scale environments (big data, analytics, enterprise search, cybersecurity, legal tech or similar).
• Knowledge of NLP and data enrichment concepts and how to measure their quality in production.
• Experience supporting commercial launches—coordinating go-to-market activity, building enablement and running early access programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your AI capability areas, translating portfolio strategy into prioritized, sequenced delivery for acquisition, activation and monetization.
• Run continuous discovery—market research, competitive analysis and customer engagement—to identify needs and feed insight back into portfolio strategy.
• Define and operate evaluation frameworks for AI quality with Data Science and Engineering: accuracy, precision/recall, explainability and performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to ensure AI capabilities are built as a native, provenance-preserving part of the platform.
• Track evolving AI landscape and bring informed perspective to roadmap decisions.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners, acting as a trusted product voice on AI capability and roadmap.
• Define, monitor and report success metrics (adoption, engagement, accuracy, API usage) to inform prioritization.
• Support the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for AI releases and launches.
• Program-manage launches end to end, coordinating cross-functional activity across marketing, sales, customer success, support and legal.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging with value evidence and usage insights.
• Partner with marketing and sales on messaging, positioning and enablement materials.
• Manage early access programs with select customers and gather critical feedback.
• Define and track launch-specific KPIs.
