Job summary

Nuix is building a dedicated internal AI capability to close the gap between AI promise and business impact. The AI Enablement Builder is a hands-on engineer who embeds into priority functions to design and release production-grade AI solutions, translating vague problems into structured, production-ready implementations that run in our live environment.

Location: this role is based in our Sydney office. You must attend at least 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely or from Sydney on

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and ship production AI systems in an enterprise setting.
• Fluency with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation and agent orchestration.
• Experience delivering end-to-end AI projects from scoping to production with real data.

Responsibilities

• Embed within assigned business functions for rotation periods and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Design, build and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and integrations in Nuix's live environment.
• Own the delivery lifecycle from scoping to production deployment, monitoring and iteration.
