The role is hands‑on, client‑facing, and requires strong .NET skills, cloud familiarity, and a passion for AI‑First software engineering. Hybrid Sydney office work is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong software engineering expertise in .NET and Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Experience building with LLMs or generative models.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver defined workstreams within engagements, from prototype through production.
• Build full‑stack, AI‑powered systems delivering measurable client value.
• Work directly with client teams and build trust with stakeholders.
• Champion AI‑native development and prompt/context engineering.
