You will collaborate with squads to onboard automation solutions, shape release gates, and optimize SDLC pipelines while working in the Sydney office
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive technical experience across Automation, DevOps, or SRE.
- Strategic experience orchestrating ServiceNow DevOps/Change Management with major CI/CD engines at an enterprise scale.
- Proven track record implementing Agentic AI, LLM architectures, and AIOps frameworks into production engineering workflows.
- Strong Azure DevOps
- CI/CD experience
- Software engineering experience
- Python development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management
- Strong understanding of engineering environments and onboarding automation across the SDLC

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide automation solutions, combining hands-on engineering with technical direction across DevOps, CI/CD and AI-driven automation.
The role will require you to work in the office 2 days a week. Initially a 6 month contract with possible extension.
