Job summary

Quantium in Sydney is seeking an AI-first engineer to design and ship AI-enabled tools used across the organisation, including CI/CD, deployment infrastructure, and conversational analytics products.

You will work with coding agents daily, evaluating their output, guiding development, and contributing to the growth of a new AI-focused team with broad exposure across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.

How will you make an impact?

• Build AI-enabled solutions: Design and deliver tools and products that teams across wiq rely on every day
• Work with coding agents daily: Use agents as a core part of how you build, and judge quickly whether they are heading in the right or wrong direction
• Shape a new team: Help define how Central AI Assets works, what it builds and how it grows
• Work across the stack: Apply your breadth across backend, frontend and cloud to solve problems end to end
• Share your knowledge: Learn from your teammates and lift the team’s AI engineering practice as you go
