Job summary

Quantium is building an AI-first engineering team named wiqLabs. You’ll design and ship AI-enabled tools and products used across the organisation, collaborating with coding agents every day.

The role emphasizes autonomy, breadth across backend, frontend and cloud, and a strong drive to grow AI engineering practices. You’ll contribute to shaping a new team, learn quickly, and share knowledge with teammates while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that push the boundaries of analytics

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to work with coding agents and assess outputs.
• Self-directed with delivery ownership.
• Curiosity-driven and eager to learn from others.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled solutions used across wiq.
• Work daily with coding agents to steer direction.
• Help shape how Central AI Assets operates and grows.
• Work across backend, frontend, and cloud to solve problems end-to-end.
• Share knowledge and raise the team’s AI engineering practice.
