Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to join the Frontier team. You will translate cutting-edge techniques into production features that improve how people experience work, shipping solutions that solve real customer problems.

You’ll work at the intersection of applied AI research and product engineering, building memory, graph structures, and robust evaluation to ensure scalable, reliable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience taking ML/AI systems to production.
• Experience designing and scaling production-grade multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate agentic AI capabilities and systems using LangGraph for stateful, multi-turn conversations.
• Build memory and context graph with ontology, persisting to user profiles.
• Develop RAG, pre-processing, hybrid search and graph-based agent frameworks.
• Own end-to-end feedback loop: prompt engineering, evaluation at scale, and production monitoring.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and write documentation for product teams.
• Partner with product, design and people science to ensure scalable features.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and bias testing for enterprise transparency.
• Create and monitor guardrails and safety in production.
• Stay current with AI research and bring useful techniques into production.
