Job summary

Allianz Technology in Sydney seeks a Senior AI DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform. You will build and operate Kubernetes clusters with EKS, automate provisioning and deployments, and collaborate across DevOps, development, and security teams to enforce best practices.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud engineering or DevOps, deep AWS experience (EC2/VPC/IAM/S3/CloudWatch/EKS), and strong Terraform skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional cloud engineering or DevOps experience.
Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, EKS).
Strong Terraform experience for infrastructure as code.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS with EKS.
Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.
Monitor cloud health and performance; implement improvements.
Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to build CI/CD pipelines.
Provide operational support for cloud-native environments.
Contribute to architecture decisions around cloud and container orchestration.
Maintain documentation of configurations and best practices.
