Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer/DevOps professional to design and operate scalable AWS-based infrastructure. You will manage Terraform-driven deployments, Kubernetes clusters on EKS, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with security and development teams.

The role includes Azure familiarity and AI-assisted automation initiatives. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud/DevOps, strong scripting skills, and a passion for scalable, secure, cost-aware cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud engineering or DevOps experience.
• Proven AWS expertise (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, EKS).
• Strong Terraform and IaC experience.
• CI/CD pipelines, scripting Bash/Python, config mgmt.
• Azure fundamentals knowledge.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Networking and security best practices in cloud.
• Experience with AI/LLM tooling in DevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS using EKS.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Monitor health and performance; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, security for CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide operational support for cloud-native environments.
• Contribute to architecture decisions on cloud and containers.
• Maintain system configuration documentation.
• Assist with Azure deployments as needed.
• Develop AI-assisted automation for IaC and pipelines.
