Cresta is hiring a Customer Engineer for APAC to deliver AI-driven solutions to enterprise contact centers across the Asia-Pacific region. You will combine software engineering with customer experience expertise to deploy and scale Cresta solutions.

You will work with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, and Customer Success to implement integrations, support deployments, and expand value within existing customers across APAC.

Competenze

• Hands-on software engineering with Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience building integrations via APIs and SDKs.
• Experience with AWS and Git.
• Familiarity with contact center tech (Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Salesforce).
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across APAC time zones.

Mansioni

• Execute integration designs and project plans with Implementation Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
• Integrate Cresta solutions with enterprise contact center voice, chat, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Go, Python, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain Cresta products and customer integrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to triage and resolve technical issues with Engineering support when needed.
• Build relationships with customer technical stakeholders and act as a trusted technical partner.
• Manage multiple customer projects and technical workstreams simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities to simplify integrations and expand Cresta's impact.
• Collaborate across teams and geographies to share learnings and scalable APAC implementation practices.
