National Australia Bank in Moree is seeking a Senior Agribusiness Manager to join the Regional & Agribusiness team. The role focuses on pro-active management of agribusiness customers, delivering integrated financial solutions and risk management to drive growth.

You will own a portfolio of premium Agri businesses, build long-term relationships, and contribute to the bank's customer-obsessed strategy. This permanent position is based in Moree.

In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Pro-active management of both pre- and post-farm-gate Agribusiness customers providing fully integrated solutions to drive growth through existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
• Own your portfolio and continue to grow a diverse mix of premium Agri businesses where you will manage complex enterprises and relationships
• Provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers
• Ensure success through using commercial acumen to understand your customers and drive innovation and continuous improvement

You’ll bring to this role:

• Previous experience in the Agribusiness sector that enables you to easily build credibility with your customers
• Deal structuring and credit writing/assessment of large/complex transactions
• Strong financial acumen underpinned by the ability to build trusted, long term customer relationships
• Demonstrated success in delivering sales growth through proactive business development and deep customer relationships
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to negotiate solutions that deliver mutual value for customers and the bank
