Job summary

The Queensland Government on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior Advisor (Stakeholder and Communications) to support the development and implementation of stakeholder and communication strategies aligned with waterways management priorities and public interest objectives.

Job description

In the role of Senior Advisor (Stakeholder and Communications), you will support the development and implementation of stakeholder and communication strategies that align with SCWA’s legislated purpose, waterways management priorities and public interest objectives and that are inclusive, fit-for-purpose and aligned with IAP2 principles.
You will work closely with the Manager – Stakeholder Engagement and internal and external stakeholders to help deliver coordinated, timely and effective engagement and communication outcomes.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS A BUSINESS REQUIREMENT FOR THE STAFF TO BE WORKING IN OFFICE FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS WHILE THE SUNSHINE COAST WATERWAYS AUTHORITY IS ESTABLISHED.
