Job summary

NSW Health in St Leonards, NSW, seeks a skilled Crown Clerk Grade 9/10 to contribute to safety, security and workforce wellbeing. You will design governance frameworks for injury management and return-to-work programs across NSW Health.

What you will be doing

You will be leading initiatives to embed the priority areas from the Whole of Government Return to Work Strategy and best practice for injury management and recovery at work.

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

• Experience in developing, analysing and evaluating policy, practices and other projects related to injury management/ rehabilitation, recovery, return to work and workers compensation in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of policies, practices, evidence and legislation impacting on injury management/ rehabilitation, recovery, return to work and workers compensation and related matters.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in managing all aspects of policy and project research, development, review and evaluation.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
• The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
