Job summary

NSW Ministry of Health is seeking a Crown Clerk Grade 9/10 to lead policy development and oversee injury management and return-to-work initiatives within NSW Health. Based at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards, the role focuses on designing governance frameworks and supporting workforce recovery across NSW Health.

The role involves leading multi-disciplinary policy projects, stakeholder engagement, and applying a growth mindset while working in a collaborative team to strengthen health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, analysing and evaluating policy, practices and other projects related to injury management/ rehabilitation, recovery, return to work and workers compensation in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of policies, practices, evidence and legislation impacting on injury management/ rehabilitation, recovery, return to work and workers compensation and related matters.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in managing all aspects of policy and project research, development, review and evaluation.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
• The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
