Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty partners with a leading Australian media business on a major two-year program to elevate audience and data capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst will navigate the intersection of media, technology and data, translating complex problems into precise requirements for delivery.

You’ll work with Product, Data Engineers and stakeholders, map data flows, and support system integrations and new data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analyst experience within AdTech, MarTech, media or advertising environments.
• AdTech or MarTech experience is essential, ideally with exposure to customer or audience data.
• Experience with CDPs, audience segmentation, digital media platforms or first party data.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams.
• Comfortable mapping current and future state processes and data flows.
• Good understanding of data platforms, integrations, APIs and broader data concepts.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience.
• Confident stakeholder management across both technical and business teams.
• Analytical, curious and comfortable asking questions and challenging thinking.

Responsibilities

• Take complex problems through discovery and turn them into clear requirements for delivery.
• Map current and future state data flows and understand system integrations.
• Support the build and integration of new audience and data capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers and business stakeholders.
