Job summary

Bluefin Resources is seeking an Analyst for Marketing Science & Strategic Insights in Sydney. You will analyse survey and customer data, support research programs, and build visualisations to inform client decisions.

The role blends analytics with strategic insights across brands, products and customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in data analytics or related fields, strong analytical foundations, and hands-on experience with Power BI and other tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in Data Analytics, Market Research, Insights or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong analytical and statistical foundations.
• Exposure to survey, customer or consumer data.
• Experience with Power BI, DisplayR, Excel, SQL, R, Python, SPSS or similar.
• Curiosity, initiative and a genuine desire to keep learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, structure and analyse survey and customer data.
• Work with weighting, sampling, recoding and data quality.
• Support questionnaires, fieldwork and research programs.
• Analyse NPS, brand, product and customer experience data.
• Build practical visualisations using Power BI and DisplayR.
• Turn analysis into clear, meaningful insights with the consulting team.
