Qualifications

• Extensive experience in account management and/or sales planning across offline and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Manage top client and agency relationships with a strategic growth focus.
• Serve as primary contact for campaign escalations and resolve issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Partners to understand client goals and develop structured growth plans.
• Lead weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with Sales Partners for launches and performance reviews.
• Contribute to strategic media plans and RFP responses including pricing and targeting.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on production of custom creative assets.
• Share learnings with regional Account Managers to drive best practices.
• Oversee delivery performance of campaigns and agree on optimization tactics with clients.
• Provide post‑campaign wrap reports and campaign insights to clients.
• Navigate escalations and drive long‑term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Netflix Ad products, sponsorships, targeting, and policies.
