Job summary

Successful candidates will be secondees within the Commonwealth clients' in-house legal team, engaging with diverse stakeholders and providing advice on statutory interpretation, admin law, and the regulatory framework relating to therapeutic goods.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current practising certificate (or be able to obtain one).
• Baseline security clearance (minimum) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work as a secondee within the Commonwealth client’s in-house legal team.
• Provide advisory support across statutory interpretation and administrative law.
• Advise on the regulatory framework relating to therapeutic goods and related processes.
