• Experience providing administrative advice and high-quality support across assets, facilities, financial and human resources.
• Ability to prepare reports and draft management correspondence.
• Ability to develop and apply administrative work practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate cultural capability and commitment to inclusive culture in line with the Human Rights Act 2019.
• Provide timely administrative advice on assets, facilities, financial and HR processes; analyse reports and draft correspondence.
• Develop and apply local administrative practices that enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
• Manage budget preparation, review, and performance reporting; perform expenditure reconciliations.
• Lead and maintain local administrative systems for assets, fleet, HR, reporting and business processes.
• Operate autonomously with initiative to resolve complex issues and adapt processes for practical solutions.
• Participate in the management team and contribute to local planning and decision-making.
• Support and coach staff on departmental policies and processes for assets, budgets, financials, HR and reporting.
• Allocate and prioritise tasks within the administrative team, balancing priorities for efficient workflow.
• Develop networks with internal/external stakeholders to ensure coordination and compliance with requirements.
• Process manual pay entries into the SWEAP payroll system for Co-Responder staff on shift.
