Job summary

Lindores Construction Logistics in Burleigh Waters is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator to lead day-to-day financial operations and support the administration team. This hands-on role requires accuracy and the ability to work independently while coordinating with management.

You will manage GST/BAS, month-end progress claims, journals, accruals, intercompany reconciliations and job costing, helping maintain precise financial records and timely reporting in a busy construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an accounts role.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and confident across a variety of accounting functions.
• Construction industry experience desirable, with project, plant, equipment, subcontractor or job costing exposure.
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• GST and BAS preparation support.
• Prepare and submit month end Progress Claims.
• Preparation and processing of journals.
• Accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments.
• Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assisting with reporting and financial administration.
• Job and project-related accounting.
• Collaborate with management and administration to resolve accounting queries.
