Job summary

Frog Recruitment has partnered with an established Western Sydney Business Services & Advisory firm to recruit a Senior Accountant. This role offers greater ownership, direct client contact, and a clear pathway to management within a supportive team.

You'll manage SME client portfolios, review financial statements and tax workings, and mentor junior accountants while collaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian public practice accounting firms.
• CA or CPA qualified or nearing completion.
• Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients.
• Review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and IAS across entity structures.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and be their primary contact.
• Deliver practical taxation and business advice with Managers and Partners.
• Mentor and review the work of junior accountants and offshore team members.
• Drive workflow management, quality control and timely client outcomes.
