This hands-on role requires robust accounting fundamentals, thorough balance sheet reviews, and strong month-end processes.

Qualifications

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the integrity of the financial reporting function and oversee the day-to-day finance activities of a growing business.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone with strong technical accounting fundamentals who is comfortable getting into the detail, reviewing the balance sheet, ensuring month-end accuracy and maintaining robust financial controls.

At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your exposure across commercial finance, operations and business partnering as the organisation continues to grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse P&L and balance sheet movements and investigate variances

• Ensure appropriate application of accounting standards and policies

• Maintain and strengthen financial controls, policies and procedures

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management

• Improve reporting processes, systems and month-end efficiencies

• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand business performance

• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management

• Support and mentor junior members of the finance team
