Brand & Co in Sydney is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships across Australia and Asia Pacific, working with our Founder and leadership team on strategy, onboarding, and project delivery.

You’ll manage budgets and timelines, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with strategists, designers and production partners to deliver high-impact branding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience within a branding, design or integrated creative agency.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and complex branding projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with luxury property, hospitality, corporate & luxury lifestyle brands.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience presenting to clients and facilitating discussions.
• Familiarity with agency project management workflows; Streamtime highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Australian and international clients, guiding projects from briefing and strategy through to delivery.

• Onboard new clients and ensure they understand processes, standards and delivery approach.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sydney team.

Full Time | Hybrid

Brand & Co is an international branding studio celebrating 25 years in brand strategy, design and identity. We partner with leading developers, hotel operators and businesses across the hospitality, property, corporate and luxury lifestyle sectors to launch, evolve and elevate their brands.

This is a senior client leadership role for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, thinking strategically and leading complex branding projects from initial brief through to delivery. You'll work closely with clients and our creative team, playing an important role in shaping both the strategic direction and successful delivery of our work.

The Role:

Working alongside our Founder and leadership team, you'll manage a portfolio of Australian and international clients, helping guide and taking ownership of projects from initial briefing and strategy through to implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating client meetings, workshops and presentations
• Lead external client meetings and facilitate internal project status meetings.
• Lead and Manage the onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand the company’s processes, standards and approach to project delivery.
• Managing project scope, budgets and timelines including monitoring resourcing of internal and collaborating with strategists, designers, digital and production partners.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Supporting and mentoring other members of the team.
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of work across every project.

Experience required:

You'll have a minimum of 10 years' experience within a branding, design or integrated creative agency and be confident managing senior client relationships and complex branding projects.

Salary Package:

The total compensation range for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000.

The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall experience.
