About The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll own and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, delivering against revenue and margin targets. As the internal commercial lead for your customers, you'll work closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to take new products from brief to launch.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of key customers, building trusted multi-level relationships and strategic account plans to deliver revenue, margin and growth targets
- Lead new product opportunities from customer brief through development, costing, commercialisation and launch, keeping timelines on track and resolving roadblocks
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate pricing, volumes, MOQs and commercial terms that balance competitiveness with margin and long-term account potential
- Own account forecasting and pipeline, analysing revenue, margin and performance data and turning insights into action
- Lead customer business reviews, negotiations and escalations, balancing customer expectations with commercial and operational capability
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in Senior Account Management, Key Account Management or a similar commercial B2B role
- A track record of personally owning revenue targets and growing strategic customer accounts
- Hands-on experience taking physical products from customer brief through development, costing, commercialisation and launch (not just selling an existing range from a price list)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including building pricing strategies based on cost, margin, volume, MOQs and account potential
- The ability to interpret sales, forecast and pipeline data, spot performance gaps and put action plans in place
- Experience influencing and driving outcomes across technical and operational teams in a complex environment
- Genuine experience coaching, mentoring or developing others
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using CRM, forecasting and sales reporting tools
- Background in contract manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, food or packaging highly regarded
- Able to work onsite on the Central Coast and travel domestically as needed
