Job description

Bureau is a founder-led global company built around a simple belief: better spaces make better work.

Today, we make soundproof office booths that help people focus, meet and think. But our ambition is much bigger than what we sell. We want to shape how people do their best work, and build a company that can make a meaningful dent in the way work feels.

We’re a small, fast-moving team with a lot still to build. That means real ownership, room for good ideas and the chance to have an outsized impact.

At Bureau, our people are what make us different.

At the heart of our business is a global team ofpassionate, caring, highly accountable and entrepreneurial peoplewho are empowered to make an impact. We bring our true selves, unique talents and personalities to work every day — and we believe that’s what makes our culture stronger.

We’re first and foremost asales-driven organization, powered by technology and design, with a big ambition: to shape how people do their best work. Through our best-in-class modular workspaces and booths, we’re helping businesses create better places to work — with products that ship around the world.

Our team is global, connected and growing. We operate from our main hubs acrossAustralia, Canada (Vancouver and Toronto), the US (New York and Dallas), and UK/Europeand are supported by talented teams acrossPhilippines,Argentina, Mexico, Coloradoand growing. We’re continuing to expand, with new hubs planned inLos Angeles and San Francisco.

What it’s like to be a Bureaupian

Bureau runs on the drive, care, and character of its people. We’re intrinsically motivated—we show up with hustle, ownership, and high standards because that’s who we are. We play to win, solve problems with grit and resourcefulness, and step up before we’re asked.

We’re a collaborative, curious team that challenges each other, learns constantly, and gets things done. We care deeply about our work, each other, and the impact we create—but we also believe work should be fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and there’s plenty of personality, humour, and good energy along the way.

Our Core Values and guiding principles shape how we work and show up for one another. We’re building a company where great people cangrow quickly, have a voice, do meaningful work, and have fun while doing it. If that sounds like your kind of dream team, we’d love to meet you.

Our Core Values

  • We are intrinsically motivated. We do great work because that’s who we are, not because we’re told to.
  • We play to win.We set the standard and push it higher.
  • We are problem solvers. We take ownership, figure it out and get it done.
  • We care.We show up with honesty, respect and real support.
  • We are fun.We take the work seriously, not ourselves.

Role Overview:

The Senior Account Executive owns Mid-Market and larger account opportunities at Bureau from first conversation through close. This is a hands‑on, high‑energy sales role for an experienced seller who enjoys creating opportunities, building strong relationships, and turning complex prospects into customers.

You’ll be responsible for a mix of inbound and outbound sales, with a strong focus on pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution selling, negotiation, and closing. You’ll primarily work with larger and more complex accounts, and partner across marketing, SDR/BDR, product, operations, and leadership to create a great customer experience and move opportunities forward.

You’ll be expected to own your number, own your pipeline, and own your outcomes. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and commercially curious — someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities to land in their lap, but actively creates them. You’ll bring a proven track record of selling into larger accounts and navigating more complex sales cycles.

Technology and AI are also a meaningful part of how we sell at Bureau. You’ll be expected to use our sales technology effectively, keep CRM data clean and actionable, and continuously look for ways to use AI and automation to improve prospecting, research, personalization, productivity, and sales execution.
