TH Experiential is seeking a Senior 3D Experiential Designer to lead the design-to-production pipeline for immersive brand environments, including large-scale exhibitions and retail activations. You will translate concepts into buildable plans, 3D models, and fabrication-ready drawings, reporting to the CCO and collaborating with Creative Strategy and the Senior Art Director.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years in experiential marketing, set design or environmental design.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software (SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of building materials, lighting and fabrication techniques.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on RFP development with compelling spatial proposals.
• Translate briefs into fabrication-ready designs including floorplans and elevations.
• Develop concepts with sketches, floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings.
• Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renders using SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D.
• Oversee 3D experience design, attendee journeys, and value engineering.
• Manage vendor relations for fabrication and print, including troubleshooting.
• Review material finishes and QC creative execution.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility and budget adherence.
• Conduct site visits and oversee installations for accuracy.
• Capture post-event learnings for future projects.
