Horizon Care and Education seeks an SEN Phonics Lead Teacher for Wickham Park School in Bromley to teach Primary Phonics to pupils with SEMH and additional needs. You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality learning in a modern SEN environment.

The ideal candidate holds QTS or QTLS, has proven teaching and safeguarding experience, and brings initiative, planning and organisational skills to raise standards and support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS qualification.
• Proven teaching and learning experience.
• Up-to-date safeguarding/child protection knowledge.
• Experience working with SEMH and additional needs.
• Knowledge of developments in education.

Responsabilités

• Teach Primary Phonics to children with SEN.
• Support pupils with SEMH and additional needs.
• Collaborate with safeguarding team and colleagues.
