As a Segment GTM Analyst, you will provide analytical and commercial support to the Segment GTM team by turning customer, revenue, margin and behavioural data into actionable insights. In the immediate term, the role will have a primary focus on strengthening churn forecasting, analytics and performance management across B2B segments. This includes identifying customer and revenue risks, analysing churn drivers, prioritising at‑risk cohorts, modelling potential outcomes and measuring the impact of retention initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Segment GTM, the role will work with GTM leads and cross‑functional stakeholders to provide clear, commercially focused insights that support informed decision‑making and effective execution. The role follows Vocus's hybrid working pattern and may require occasional travel to customer and industry meetings; no security clearance or shift work is required.
