Job summary

Nufarm, based in Horsham, is seeking a highly organized Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support seed inventory across Australia. You will coordinate transfers between processors, warehouses and distribution locations, and collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse teams and transport providers to ensure availability when needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organised professional who keeps processes moving.
• Experience in inventory coordination, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transfer and movement of commercial seed between processors, warehouses and distribution locations.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse teams and transport providers to ensure inventory is available where and when it's needed.
• Support inventory accuracy by coordinating stock counts, investigating discrepancies and reconciling variances.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure stock is strategically positioned to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate seed quality and vigour testing activities and maintain accurate inventory and quality records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient, cost-effective logistics outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and supply chain efficiency.
