Job summary

JD Security seeks experienced Security Technicians for regional NSW roles in Dubbo, Mudgee, Tamworth, Hunter, New England and North Coast areas. You will perform inspections, diagnose faults, and support alarm, IP CCTV and access control systems.

Travel across designated regions for responsive service and project installations, while building strong customer relationships and staying current with security technologies. A collaborative team culture is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electronic security systems including IP CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
• Leadership capability and ability to manage small teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and diagnose faults on large Alarm, Access Control and IP CCTV systems.
• Travel across Tamworth, Dubbo, North Coast, Hunter and New England areas for service and project installations.
• Build trusted customer relationships and support ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
