Job summary

MiSolutions Group in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a skilled security technician for permanent full-time work across commercial and government sites. You will install and commission CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems while troubleshooting faults and performing system upgrades.

You'll read technical drawings, complete service records, and provide clients with demonstrations. A current QLD security licence, open driver’s licence, white card, blue card, and police check are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current QLD Security Licence.
• Valid open QLD Driver's Licence, Construction White Card, Blue Card or ability to obtain one.
• Subject to a National Police Check as a condition of employment.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience in commercial security installations.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarms and IP-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Installing and commissioning CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Troubleshooting faults, resolving network connectivity issues, and performing system upgrades.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
