Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Security Technician to join a well-established Australian security integration business in Victoria. You will install, commission, and handover high-end access control, IP CCTV, and intruder alarm systems on new commercial construction sites.

Responsibilities include reading site plans, coordinating with site managers, and ensuring safety and quality standards. A current Victorian Security Registration and valid licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security technician working on commercial construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of integrated access control, IP CCTV, and alarm platforms.
• Valid Victorian Security Registration, Open Cabling Licence, and Construction Induction White Card.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-focused work ethic.

• Adhere strictly to site safety policies and maintain high standards of quality workmanship.
