• Valid ACT Full Security Licence.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Retail security experience is an advantage.

• Provide strong security presence with customer service.
• Support tenants, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Conduct foot patrols and maintain safety awareness.
• Manage access control and respond to client requests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies confidently.
• Build relationships with centre management.
• Complete incident reports and daily logs using digital systems.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and communication.

What You'll Do

This is more than a security role, it's a role with purpose and impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service
• Experience in Control Room Operations - essential
• Experience using Milestone CCTV systems preferred
• Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
• Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness
• Managing access control and responding to client requests
• Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management
• Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication

What You'll Bring

To succeed with Assetlink, you'll need:

• A valid ACT Full Security Licence
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Full working rights in Australia

Retail security experience is an advantage, but not essential.
